Why we built Blirbit

People stopped writing for a simple reason: it takes time, and nobody wants to be embarrassed by what they put out. So they hire a ghostwriter, or they let a tool spit out something generic, and it reads like nobody's home.

We saw the gap. On one side, content that sounds like a robot. On the other, content that actually sounds like you: your opinions, your quips, the little pauses and snide remarks that make people feel like a real human is talking to them. That second kind takes work. We know, because we put in the time to teach a system to write exactly like our founder, until it genuinely sounded like him.

That's Blirbit. We learn how you talk, research what's happening in your industry every day, and publish articles to your website that sound like you wrote them. You run your business. Your blog keeps working.

Where the name comes from

It started with a blurb: a short burst of words that grabs attention. Our founder is a big Nike fan, and one day "just do it" turned into "just blurb it." Say it fast enough and it sounds like something else entirely: a frog's ribbit.

That's the idea. You don't need to be the biggest business in town to be the one people hear about. You just need to show up, in your own voice, consistently. Just blirb it.

Who's behind it

Paul is a serial entrepreneur who has founded several companies, including one that grew fast enough to land on the Inc. 5000 twice. He knows what it takes to get a book published, having written two of them, and what it takes to get content found on Google. He built Blirbit with our team because he knew how much written content matters, and wanted something that genuinely sounded like him.
